It is inevitable that as a result of such business, unwanted quantities of food are produced every day, which need to be properly disposed of. The life cycle of a product often does not end with the moment of purchase and consumption. It happens that products are withdrawn from sale, for example, due to the expiration date or damage to the packaging, which entails extraordinary costs, problems with storage, transportation, etc. In these cases, the solution is return logistics, i.e. taking over complete written-off goods from shopping centres for recovery. We solve problem with write-offs ‘’in one go’’. We enable a competent separation of written-off goods by key numbers so that they are immediately ready for further declaration as waste. In this way, you get additional control over written-off goods, reducing the possibility of unwanted ‘’disappearance’’ of goods, errors and inefficiency of the system. The goods processed in this way eventually end up in a bio-gas plant for the production of electricity, and the waste edible oil for the production of biodiesel.
